Prachi Dhabal Deb
Prachi is a multi award winning cake artist based in Pune, India. She has been trained under the renowned artist Sir Eddie Spence MBE and was awarded as one of the top 10 Cake Artists of India, 2017 and 2018 by Cake Masters Magazine. Prachi was also a finalist for Royal Icing Category in 2017 and 2018 and Best Magazine Cover category in 2017 Cake Masters Awards, UK. She is the country manager (India) and official judge for Global Sugar Artists Network. Her work has been featured in various national and international books and magazines.
Samie J Ramachandran
Samie is a multi award winning cake artist. With over 6 years industry experience, Samie specialises in sculpted larger than life cakes! He has been featured on many news channels and appeared in national and international magazines too. He imparts his passion to his students, teaching them to challenge creative frontiers in cake art, Samie not only teaches in India, but internationally too. WELCOME to our ICA2019 judging panel!
Arati is a world acclaimed sugar florist and tutor; winner of Cake Masters Magazine Sugar Flowers award 2018, India’s Top Ten Cake Artist 2017 & 2018 and 1st place GOLD winner at CI, 2018. Her work has been featured in various National and International Magazines. Her goal is to make flowers that seem to be in bloom and the bees and the butterflies choose them instead of the garden! Her passion, a studio for excellence in Sugar Flowers is called Sweet Symphony, where form and colour are in perfect harmony.
Joonie is the savvy cake artist and the brain behind 180 Degree Celsius. She pursued her love of baking and cake decoration to become a cake artist par excellence for the past 8 years.
Apart from specializing in cake orders from wedding cakes to celebration cakes, she also teaches as a faculty in Lavonne Academy of Baking Science and Pastry Arts. Here she teaches advanced baking and cake decorating skills and techniques.
She has trained under some of the best names in the industry. Her exceptional works have been published in various local and international publications. She is also the ambassador for Pettinice fondant.
Ashwini is an award-winning cake artist, born and brought up in the lovely city of Mumbai. An electronics engineer, Ashwini worked in the IT sector for a while.
In the Cake decorating and Baking field, She is trained from reputed institutes and experts in the industry in USA. Her Venture “The Dream Cakes” is where she creates designer cakes, conduct workshops and Online Classes/workshops for Cake Decorating Art.
Her creations have been featured in many National & International Magazines, websites, Newspapers and TV Shows. She is the proud Ambassador for India and Approved Teacher for the prestigious International Cake Exploration Society (ICES.org) headquartered in USA. She has been awarded the Top 10 Cake Artist in India by Cake Masters Magazine, UK for 2017 and also 2018. Ashwini was also the finalist in the prestigious Cake Masters Magazine Awards 2018, aka Cake Oscars, in the Sugar Flowers Category.
Rumana is a cake artist and certified pâtissier and chocolatier with over 12 years’ of experience. With an immense passion and drive to explore the field of World Class Pastry the International way, she is one of the leading Pastry Chefs in India. As a Chef Entrepreneur and owner of Incredible Art, Kochi, she is the Executive Pastry Chef, Chocolatier and Academy Dean at the 5 year old Incredible Art- Artisan Cake Boutique & Academy.
Rumana is self-taught Cake Artist, being the only cake artist in India to be chosen as one among the four Finalists in the Wedding Cake Category, for the prestigious Cake Masters Awards held at Birmingham, UK in the year 2015.
As a dedicated and passionate Chef Instructor who never tires from sharing her immense knowledge and moulds and builds in her students, a desire to perfect a strong foundation in Pastry and Baking by practicing skills on a range of beautiful creations from Classics to the most recent Modernistic approach in the Pastry and Cake World.
Tina Scott Parashar
Tina is a multi-award winning cake artist. She has been named as one of the Top 10 Cake Artists in India for 2017 and 2018 by Cake Masters Magazine, UK. She has won multiple Gold awards in Cake International, UK.
Tina has successfully hosted the Incredible India International Cake Collaboration in 2017 and 2018. She was also a finalist at the Cake Masters Awards for the same.
Tina is the International Projects Manager for Global Sugar Artists Network (GSARN) and the Official GSARN Judge for their projects/contests held worldwide. Tina is also the first Indian to be appointed brand ambassador for several international brands including Saracino, Cerart and Magic colours.
Anna Mathew Vadayatt
Cake Canvas, a cake design studio in the far shores of Kerala, conceived by the immensely talented Anna Mathew Vadayatt. The creative artist has been making beautiful designs brimming with life out of rich chocolate cakes and heavenly sweet fondant for the past seven years.
Anna has mastered the art of people modeling and has brought the technique to the forefront of Cake designing in India. She is recognized as one among the top in Modeling Excellence as a finalist at the Cake Masters Magazine Awards 2015 and winner of the Modelling Excellence Award at Cakeology 2018. She was a member of the Steampunk Collaboration which won the Cake Masters Collaboration Award 2018 and is one among the Cake Masters India Top 10 in 2017 and 2018.
